Half wave Rectifier:

Center tap full wave rectifier:

Full Wave Bridge Rectifier:
Full Wave Bridge Rectifier circuit is mostly used as charger. Four diodes are used in this circuit. For this it is possible to make Pure DC at the output of this circuit. Below is the circuit diagram / connection diagram of this circuit.
